A thinner tip with finer grade crystals is included for smaller areas around toes and cuticles. The appliance has a built-in safety feature that will stop rotation if too much pressure is applied.The Heel Smoother Pro is designed for use on thicker, drier skin on the feet only. Do not use on soft, tender, inflamed, or infected skin. If you suffer from a medical condition such as diabetes or poor circulation, please consult your doctor before using.
Is the Heel Smoother waterproof?
The Heel Smoother Pro (HS-1000) is water resistant and can be used in the shower or rinsed under running water for cleaning. We do not recommend using the Heel Smoother Pro submerged in bath water. For optimal results, we recommend you use the Heel Smoother Pro and Heel Smoother on dry skin.The Heel Smoother (HS-100/500) is not waterproof or water resistant. To clean, remove and rinse the tips under running water and wipe the appliance with a damp cloth.
How often do I need to use the Heel Smoother Pro?
The first time you use the Heel Smoother Pro, you will need to go over all dry areas to achieve smooth feet so the time will vary by individual. To maintain smooth feet, use the Heel Smoother 2-3 times a week for about 5 minutes. Don't forget the Topaz Foot Butter to moisturize and nourish you beautiful new skin! If you have particularly dry cracked skin, apply the Topaz Foot Butter again at night, and wear a pair of socks to bed to keep enhance the moisturizing effects of the foot butter.Has the Topaz Foot Butter been dermatologically tested?
Yes. The Topaz Foot Butter was tested on many different skin types to ensure that it is safe to use. This test was conducted by an independent laboratory with a dermatologist.
